Terms of service
The agreement between you and Zorwa.
These terms cover what Zorwa gives you, what we ask of you, what the membership costs, how it ends, and the law that governs it. Please read the second section closely: it sets out what Zorwa is and, just as importantly, what it is not.

Who you are contracting with
Zorwa is a career-preparation service operated by GRG, a recruitment company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "Zorwa", "we" and "us" mean GRG operating the Zorwa service, and "you" means the person who creates an account or buys a membership.
You can reach us at support@zorwa.com for anything about your membership, and at legal@zorwa.com for anything about these terms.
By creating an account or buying a membership you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What Zorwa is, and what it is not
Zorwa gives you the tools and the guidance to run your own job search in the Gulf: a CV rebuilt against the job you are applying to, a hub of live roles, preparation for interviews, and a structured method drawn from 17 years of GCC recruitment.
Zorwa is not an employment agency and does not act as your recruiter. What you pay for is preparation, tooling and guidance. You are not paying for placement, for an introduction to an employer, or for a recruiter to represent you. We do not charge candidates any recruitment fee, and no employer pays us in connection with your membership.
We cannot promise a job. No part of the service, and nothing said by anyone at Zorwa, is a guarantee of an interview, an offer or employment. The hiring decision belongs to the employer.
Nobody at Zorwa will ever ask you to pay an employer, a recruiter or a third party to be considered for a role. If you receive such a request in our name, it is fraud. Report it to support@zorwa.com.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is built for professionals looking for work in the GCC, but you can use it from anywhere.
Your account is personal. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Plans, prices and payment
Zorwa is sold in United States dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay, and any UAE value added tax that applies is already included in it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
There are two ways to join:
- Flex, US$79 monthly. Access to the full Member App toolkit. It renews every month until you stop it.
- Executive, US$199 once. One payment for three months. It does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel, and it includes the recruiter onboarding call and the 3+3 guarantee described below.
The current price of each is shown before you pay. If we change a price, the new price applies to new purchases and to renewals after we have told you; it never changes what you have already paid.
Renewals, cancelling and refunds
Flex renews monthly until you stop it, and you can stop it at any time from your account. Executive is a single payment for three months and does not renew.
Zorwa does not operate a standing refund window. The full detail, including your rights if the service is faulty or not what we described, is on the cancellations and refunds page, and it forms part of these terms.
The 3+3 guarantee
Executive carries the 3+3 guarantee. If you receive no formal interview request for a specific job during your paid three-month term, you can claim one additional three-month term at no charge, through a short attestation inside the product.
The guarantee applies once per membership, to Executive only. It gives you more time on the service. It is not a refund, and it is not a promise of an interview, an offer or a job.
What we ask of you
Give us accurate information about your experience. The service builds your CV, your applications and your interview preparation from what you tell it, and inaccurate input produces material you should not send to an employer.
Use the service for your own job search. Do not resell it, share your account, scrape it, copy our materials for use elsewhere, attempt to break its security, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive to an employer.
Your content and ours
Your CV, your profile and everything you upload stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process that material so the service can run, and nothing more. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.
The Zorwa method, the software, the written materials, the brand and the underlying recruitment know-how are ours. Your membership gives you a personal right to use them while it lasts.
Where the service uses AI
Parts of Zorwa use AI models to analyse your CV, draft text and suggest matches. The output is a draft for you to review, not a finished document. Read anything the service produces before you send it to an employer, and correct anything that is wrong. You are responsible for what you send out under your own name.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Zorwa running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops. If we withdraw something you paid for and cannot offer a fair equivalent, tell us and we will put it right.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that puts other members or our systems at risk.
Liability
Zorwa is a preparation service and the outcome of your job search depends on many things outside our control. We are not liable for a job you did not get, an offer you did not receive, or a decision an employer made.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including your rights under the UAE consumer protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and by the law of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a complaint to a consumer protection authority.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects what you get or what you pay, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
